After much deliberation, I have decided to leave Corcoran and join Compass, a relatively new company seeking expansion into the Brooklyn market. I was at Corcoran for nearly ten years and enjoyed every day of my time there. I love the people -- truly some of the brightest, most professional agents in the City (and a lot of fun to work with) -- and I will miss them.
Compass is innovative in its approach to real estate sales and marketing and is a much more agent-driven. They are selective in whom they hire, so are very receptive to new ideas when presented by their agents. They will assist me in every possible way to ensure that I continue to provide excellent service to my customers. The move also provides an opportunity to utilize my marketing skill set in a different way. While Corcoran has successfully saturated the Brooklyn market, Compass is a relatively new player. I will help introduce this new brand to Brooklyn, my home for the past 16 years, and doing so is a new challenge I welcome.
